W22 engine bucking...
Seems we have this bucking and kicking problem (engine cutting in and out) when the roads are wet. Anyone else ? 2005 Newmar, 8.1 litre, W22 chassis.

RE: One Night of Boondocking Versus RV Park?
We did a cross Canada trip a few years ago with the truck camper. Stayed at a campsite only three times in 12 days. Did not stay at any WMs. They are out of the way places..church yards, town ball diamonds, side streets, rest areas, boondocking too. We usually only stay at a campground when we need to stay at least a full day or longer and need water and dumping and the kids need a swim. This saves us some dollars that we then can spend on GAS ! Its fun to explore small towns and people seem genuinely interested to see and talk to you.

Stay at the State Park in Whitefish on the lake. You can do day trips from there. and there is another great campground a few miles south of Whitefish just off the east side of Hiway 93. Great for kids..wild west show, camp cook out..pool..

RE: 55 mph National speed limit
When the old 55 was introduced cars were all V8s and getting 8 to 12 mph. Pickups and MHs were getting 4 or 5 mph. We get better mileage now so they raise the price. If we all slowed down to supposedly save fuel..they'd raise the price to compensate.

On one trip across Canada we only stayed at a campground three times. If we were just stopping for the night we'd pull off on backroads, church parking lots, even the odd city street and rest stops but not once at a Wal Mart. It is true that the whole Trans Canada is fenced on both sides...

The way its written and with spelling mistakes..sounds like a China thing..10 to 15 days for delivery...maybe Philippino...they are alway dinkin' around with cars. Saw a guy once fillhis exhaust with water and then start it up..to blow out the water and think he was giving more performance by cleaning his exhaust system...

My first MH was a Class C "Jamboree". I think it was a 1975 that I bought in 1979. The first trip I took was with one of my young sons to a nearby lake. As we approached the gate to the camp site (down hill) I tried to slow with the brakes. The rough road made the unit chatter...the water tank fell off and I ran over it.. Ya ! Funny now ! The gas tank got a hole in it from the water tank.. which I didn't discover until we lit the camp fire....Ya ! Funny now !.... I sure like my new one....

They didn't show the trailer that comes with it.. It carries the 10,000lb generator and fuel tank.
